| Il
m'a semblé ici intéressant d'interroger l'utilisation
de la multiplication des photographies et de leur installation dans
le but de donner le sentiment du changement de point de vue. Dans
cette perspective, j'ai décidé de prendre une photographie
depuis chaque fenêtre d'une même façade d'un
immeuble. Je les ai ensuite installées de façon à
reconstruire la façade initiale de l'immeuble. L'installation
propose ainsi un panorama saccadé, quasiment de l'ordre d'une
pellicule cinématographique. Il s'agit à chaque nouvelle
installation d'une rencontre avec un lieu. |

I was the point of view

| In this
work, I was interested to question the use of the multiplication of
photographs and of their installation with the purpose of giving the
impression of a change in viewpoint. From that perspective, I decided
to take one picture from each window of the same buiding's frontage
and to install them in such a way as to reconstruct the building original
frontage. This installation offers a disjointed panorama, almost like
cinema film. This process was then applied to create different installations
of color photographies. It is everytime a meeting with a place in
questioning the point of view that this place is giving to its own
environment. |
